My Favorite Links
- COMM PORT BBS (Sysop: Bob Juge). Bob’s BBS has
been a good source of shareware for me. I just press a few keys using my telnet node, and
his BBS can send me the files I requested. Kewl, huh? Telnet to juge.com with your telnet client, and you can even log in to
his OS/2-based Maximus BBS! It has some links to
other OS/2 and BBSing sites, as well.
- OS/2 Super Site. This site has a lot of links to
almost all other OS/2 sites. It’s a must to visit!
- The Hobbes FTP Site is one of the largest, if not
the largest, source of shareware, especially for OS/2.
- Lyrics Search Engine. I love music, and I
always want to sing along with my favorite songs; and what would be better than to sing
the lyrics properly (besides getting the correct tune, of course)?
- The ultimate FTP Search Engine is
always one of my first stops when I look for useful utilities or what have you.
- Joke-A-Day has been a part of my life ever since
a friend of mine signed me up for its mailing list. Some of my acquaintances told me its
jokes are corny, but I’ve found most of the jokes funny. A lot of them are even
intellectual jokes!
